9. Annual Reporting
- The Executive Committee shall submit an annual report to the members within six (6) months after the calendar year, unless the General Assembly extends this period.
- The annual report shall include the activities of the Society, a financial statement covering all income and expenditure over the preceding fiscal year and a statement of the assets and liabilities as of the last day of the preceding fiscal year.
- The financial statement must have been audited by a professional qualified accountant.
